The camping is located on a very pleasant hill in Ortona where the nature still preserves its savage beauty. You feel like being in mountains while you are far less than 50 meters from the seaside. The beach is reachable through an underpass. The sea water is clean and clear. Thera are wide sand areas and small rocks. Thanks to the camping exposure at the foot of Mt. Maiella, you will really enjoy a very fresh temperature even in the hottest summer days. The camping is also a starting point for local trips to the beautiful old towns in the region, to the inner green hills full of vineyards and olive groves, to the high peaks of Mt. Maiella (2200 mt) reachable by car in 1 hour on a comfortable road. The camping has been recently restructured and there is also a wooded hill for young guests who like the natural life. The camping is very closed to a riding school where you can practise wonderful horse rides.
